This is your opportunity to gain practical lifesaving skills that could make the difference between life and death.
Join us this Sunday for a special Lifesaving Skills Workshop, proudly organized in partnership with the NHS North East Ambulance Service.
During this hands-on training, you will learn:
✅ How to perform CPR correctly
✅ How to use a Defibrillator (AED)
✅ How to respond confidently in emergency situations
✅ Essential first-response techniques that can save lives
🎓 Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all participants.
